Postdoctoral Fellow

Postdoctoral Fellow

School of Continuous Improvement

Dr Hanke joined the university from a postdoctoral appointment in decision-support systems, where she studied how a dashboard shapes the choices it is meant only to inform. Her research traces the migration of an indicator from measurement instrument to decision proxy, and what an institution quietly loses once the proxy is mistaken for the goal. She contributes to the School's work on the Living Dashboard and its wider evaluation-ecosystem agenda.
