A Taxonomy of Ghost Bookings
A marketing poster carries Dr Mirela Hanke's scheme for unattended meeting-room bookings to bus-stop panels and campus screens. A facilities coordinator sorts every ghost booking into one of five kinds, and a room is freed to the floor only when the wait assigned to its kind is up.
