Dr Ezeigwe joined the University from a workplace-assessment consultancy, where she wrote competency frameworks for sectors that kept quietly redefining what competent meant. Her research follows a measurement instrument from its validation study into classroom use, tracking how a marking rubric drifts once cohort after cohort is taught, in effect, to the test that teaches it. She directs the Master of Applied Measurement and contributes to the School's evaluation-ecosystem agenda.
