The School of Continuous Improvement's five years insuring judgement against tool reliance
A School of Continuous Improvement Impact Report reviews five years spent installing judgement checkpoints, running no-device shifts, and redesigning onboarding across partner sites in trades, logistics and community health, so that a person's own hands-on estimate keeps running alongside the app, sensor or dashboard increasingly trusted to replace it.
