A Survey of Facility-Manager Belief Against Sign-In Log Evidence on an Aged-Care Visitor Tablet's Unclosed Sessions
A paper from the School of Continuous Improvement audits six months of sign-in logs and a survey of facility managers across 74 aged-care facilities, finding a widely used average-visit-duration figure is, for a large share of facilities, set by each tablet's own auto-close timeout rather than by visiting, and that managers underestimate how often that timeout fires by a wide margin.
