Senior Lecturer
Dr Oyelaran spent five years advising stakeholder-engagement processes for a state planning authority before turning her attention to what a consultation exercise actually consults on. Her research traces how an already-settled priority acquires a submissions period, a survey, and a summary-of-feedback report before proceeding exactly as scoped, and what a consultation record shows once nobody rereads it. She contributes to the School's anticipatory-capability agenda.
