Dr Vasseur studies how foresight talk becomes committee business --- the point where a scanning exercise's open questions are narrowed into an agenda item, a recommendation, and a minute. She convenes Futures in Committee, the School's seminar series, and is building a comparative record of how the same horizon looks from a workshop room versus a standing committee.
