A university case for the legible handover
A research-showcase brochure built around the School of Continuous Improvement's Handover Legibility Model, a five-level scheme that scores a shift's handover note for completeness and now gates franchise territory renewal on holding its top rung for two consecutive quarters. It sets the Adaptive Metrics Lab, the Trajectory Analytics Group and the Indicator Commons beside six published findings on the instruments an ordinary working day already keeps.
