A Recognition Settlement Engine for the Quarterly Bonus Pool
A paper from the School of Continuous Improvement reports a twelve-month deployment of the Recognition Settlement Engine, which converts peer-submitted workplace kudos messages into a quarterly bonus-pool allocation and locks the ledger at each quarter's close with no manual override. Classifier-weighted points per employee rose sharply across the deployment while a held-out survey of colleague-rated genuine recognition held flat.
