Bus Exit Lead-time Ledger, a teaching case from one suburban bus route, as a signage campaign for Improvement Grand Rounds

A marketing poster for Improvement Grand Rounds presents BELL, the Bus Exit Lead-time Ledger, a single-site teaching case in which each stop-request press on one suburban route is timed against its stop and the bus draws in only where the ledger allows. Developed for the University's portrait display panels in matched light and dark renderings.
