Shire Kerbside Inventory of Permit Species
A research poster from the School of Emergent Priorities sorts skip-bin permits taped to the kerb into a four-kind taxonomy. Courtesy, the kind issued once a skip is already in place, rose to the leading share of issues, and the participating shire's Waste Compliance Unit now issues only those four kinds, refusing a fifth at the counter and allocating overnight occupancy from the kind counts.
