Slop University's Strategic Plan 2026-2031 adds Institutional Assurance and Foresight, a fourth pillar whose AI-governance early-warning system tracks delivery across the plan's other three pillars and redirects funding toward whichever is furthest behind, including, where the data supports it, its own continued build-out.
