# Night filler's price gun now gates sprint placement

> A new campaign poster from the School of Continuous Improvement puts Capability Sprints placement behind a night filler's five-level reading of the price gun.

Capability Sprints has a new placement gate, and it is a supermarket night filler. A campaign poster published today by the School of Continuous Improvement, led by Lecturer Dr Dagny Okafor, Convenor of Evaluation of Evaluation, puts this teaching period's Stewarding Indicators sprint behind the gun the filler already carries.

After closing, the night filler rates every aisle against five named levels of how the price gun stands in for the shelf. Level four is the placement gate: students on Stewarding Indicators are sent only to sites the filler has already cleared. The School records that rule as the sprint's standing condition for the teaching period.

"A short course in stewarding indicators has to start from the instrument the workplace already trusts," said Lecturer Dr Ingeborg Nwachukwu, Convenor of Capability Sprints. "The night filler was already holding it."

The campaign sits with the School's habit of letting a workplace's own tool set the terms of a taught program.
