A shire building-certification committee adopts FRAME after a sticker-redesign trial failed to reproduce a café-regular finding.
The unprompted greeting at the building-certification gate still named the builder and the due stage after the state’s gold-foil passed sticker was withdrawn. A new research poster from the School of Continuous Improvement records what the Shire Building Certification Committee did with that result: it wrote a cue-independence script into the inspection tablet regardless.
The tablet now asks the question the certifier used to answer out loud. That is a change in the visit, whether or not the sticker was.

The release extends the School’s work on how a published protocol travels from one ordinary setting into another. Dr Okafor, working with Lecturer Ingeborg Nwachukwu, Convenor of Capability Sprints, and Senior Lecturer Ronja Oyelaran of the School of Emergent Priorities, pre-registered a replication of an earlier café-regular recognition finding across eighteen certifiers and 142 sites. Unprompted usual held from 84 per cent to 82 per cent through the redesign. From week twelve the tablet will not print a passed sticker until FRAME, Formal Recognition After Mandatory Enquiry, has run its scripted prompt and a four-item checklist.
The School’s Adaptive Metrics Lab has taken an interest in the tablet’s new gate. Associate Professor Casimir Beng, Lead of the Lab, said the poster gives the School a clearer view of what a standing order keeps when the result that prompted it does not arrive. “A protocol that outruns its own trial is still a protocol,” he said. “The visit is where we will see what it actually holds in place.”
