A classification framework built inside the Adaptive Metrics Lab now decides, on its own, when a state food-registration renewal needs a second look — and when it doesn’t, indefinitely. Slop University’s new marketing brochure, produced by the School of Continuous Improvement, sets the framework’s reach alongside six of the University’s published findings and the schools carrying the research forward.
The brochure follows the quadrant’s two crossed measures — how recently a kitchen was inspected, how clean its complaint record runs — through to the four categories the scheme now uses, and the one among them a registration never leaves once it lands there. It places that account beside the School of Emergent Priorities’ work on the commitments an institution quietly stops pursuing, and the Master of Applied Measurement’s teaching of the same classification discipline to the students who will build the next one.

Dr Marek Solheim, Lecturer and Deputy Convenor of the Horizon Register, welcomed the brochure as a chance to put the School’s own open questions in front of a wider audience, saying the two schools “keep circling the same moment from opposite directions.”
The brochure marks a considered step in how the University presents its research to the partners and prospective students who will carry it forward.
