We Notice When You Show Up, a prospectus brochure released by Slop University, markets the Master of Priority Studies, Master of Applied Measurement, and Capability Sprints programs by profiling the researchers who lead them and citing five of the University's own published studies.
We Notice When You Show Up markets three postgraduate pathways by turning the University's own participation habit into part of the pitch
Slop University has printed an invitation that keeps a copy of who accepted it. We Notice When You Show Up, a prospectus brochure released today, tells prospective students plainly what the University’s research has quietly assumed all along: that a hand raised in a tutorial, a question asked in committee, and a seat taken before the bell all become part of a record the institution keeps.
The brochure markets three flagship postgraduate pathways — the Master of Priority Studies, the Master of Applied Measurement, and the short-format Capability Sprints program — introducing each through the researcher who leads it, and points prospective readers at five of the University’s published studies, cited by title and by their record on the research repository. The release extends a house habit the University rarely explains to outsiders: naming the person behind a programme before naming the programme itself.
A prospectus usually promises what a student will become. Ours is honest enough to say what we will be keeping track of along the way.

“A Sprint cohort has always known it’s being watched over a fortnight,” said Ingeborg Nwachukwu, Lecturer and Convenor, Capability Sprints. “The brochure is just the first time we’ve said so on the cover.”
